Mindfulness can be described as a process of opening to the moment as it is and to ourselves just as we are. It is our vehicle for uncovering our honest experience of life. My intention, as a mindfulness-based practitioner, is to assist you in embodying your truth.
Together, we focus on paying attention, with purpose, in the present moment. As we discover through this process, the moments of our lives are transient, and as we come to realize this, we discover how to live our honest, dynamic, authentic lives.
