Hakomi as a Spiritual Practice with Donna Martin & Flint Sparks

What does having a "spiritual practice" mean to you?

What "spiritual" experiences have you had that support you in how you move through life?

Whatever each of us thinks of as our personal spiritual practice supports and informs how we approach healing and how we meet suffering, whether it’s our own or others.

Sat, Jan 21 | Zoom

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM CST

This is a special opportunity sponsored by the Hakomi Education Network.

Donna Martin is the most senior Hakomi trainer in HEN and is one of the 7 people named a "legacy holder" by Ron Kurtz, the founder of Hakomi. She worked closely with Ron for more than twenty years. Some say that she played a role in shaping what is now known as the "refined method' of Hakomi. Donna also has more than 50 years of experience as a yoga and meditation teacher and was a founding member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Flint Sparks is a Zen teacher and former psychologist dedicated to assisting people in the unending path of growing up and waking up. He is an experienced therapist and a master teacher who assists people in the skillful removal of blocks to love, both inside and outside.
