  • Jessica Steinbomer

    Mindfulness-Based Coach

Jessica offers mindfulness-based coaching that focuses on the body as a tool to access our deeper wisdom. Each person is held in an unconditional positive presence, nurtured, and cared for in a personalized and authentic way. In this method, we can update and transform old patterns in an atmosphere of care, attunement, and loving presence.

Jessica has completed a 320-hour training from the Hakomi Institute and has also participated in additional training with the Hakomi Education Network.

  • Jon-Eric Steinbomer

Certified Hakomi Practitioner (CHP) through the Hakomi Education Network

Hakomi brings awareness to the unconscious motivators that influence our behavior, worldview, and choices, all within a container of mindfulness and loving presence. It allows us to clearly see and engage with past events and stuck beliefs that may be outdated and no longer useful. These stuck beliefs may correspond to barriers that hinder our ability to connect with life in ways that are truly nourishing and meaningful. In Hakomi, we can update and transform these old patterns in an atmosphere of care, attunement, and loving presence.

Jon-Eric is a Certified Hakomi Practitioner (through the Hakomi Education Network) and has completed a 320-hour training from the Hakomi Institute. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mindfulness-Based Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University and is a member of the American Counseling Association.

    Mike Williams

Certified Hakomi Practitioner (CHP) through the Hakomi Institute
    Certified Pain Reprocessing Therapist
    Certified Rolfer®

Since 2008 I've been honored to guide clients on their journey to becoming a Soma Sapien, a person living from the integrated wisdom of body, mind and spirit. Together we transform physical pain and the discomfort and limitation that comes with being on an inauthentic path into the doorways to the next emerging version of you.

Through Mindfulness-Based Coaching and decades of experience teaching and practicing diverse somatic and movement arts, our work together will help you learn how you operate physically, mentally, and emotionally, create new pathways forward that leverage both your innate gifts and your growth edges, and empower and enliven you on your journey forward through life.

  • Krzysztof Piekarski

    Hakomi Advanced Student

Who you are is not your fault, but it is your responsibility. A sign of growth is having more tolerance for discomfort but less tolerance for barriers that inhibit love. Krzysztof uses his training in Hakomi, Internal-Family Systems, jiu-jitsu, endurance running, Non-Violent Communication, and Zen as a way of seeing through our habits and moving into freedom. By releasing old feedback loops, you’ll become who you really, truly are—and notice that life meets you with boundless joy and fun when you do! Let’s explore! Let's play!
