Jessica Steinbomer, CHP
Certified Hakomi Practitioner (CHP) through the Hakomi Education Network
Hakomi InstructorI am a Certified Hakomi Practitioner, Teacher, and Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts. I lead retreats and workshops that weave together Hakomi, Zen Buddhism, yoga, massage therapy, and the Akashic Records. As co-author of The Heart of UX, I also support professionals navigating burnout and career transitions with depth and clarity.
I work with individuals and couples to reconnect with their intuition through embodied awareness and spiritual inquiry, supporting meaningful transformation and the cultivation of healthy, life-affirming beliefs. My work is informed by my lived experience as a meditator, mother, intuitive, and community builder, offering a grounded, mindful, and embodied approach to healing and growth.
I completed a 320-hour training through the Hakomi Institute and have pursued advanced training with the Hakomi Education Network.

Jon-Eric Steinbomer, LPC-A, MA, CHT
Certified Hakomi Therapist (CHT) through the Hakomi Education Network
Hakomi Instructor
I work with people who carry a great deal and rarely slow down, often in demanding careers such as tech, leadership, and other high-responsibility role, as well as couples who feel stuck in repeating patterns. Many of my clients are outwardly capable and accomplished yet privately exhausted, disconnected, or shaped by unresolved trauma that traditional talk therapy hasn’t fully addressed. My work is grounded in mindfulness-based, experiential approaches that emphasize present-moment awareness, the mind-body connection, and relational attunement. Rather than staying only in analysis, I help clients slow down and explore their inner experience with safety and curiosity, supporting deeper emotional regulation, embodied awareness, and more authentic connection.
I am a Certified Hakomi Therapist (CHT) and Hakomi Instructor through the Hakomi Education Network, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), and I hold a master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University. My work is also informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt therapy, EMDR, and Ketamine Assisted Therapy.

Krzysztof Piekarski
Hakomi Advanced Student
Who you are is not your fault, but it is your responsibility. A sign of growth is having more tolerance for discomfort but less tolerance for barriers that inhibit love. Krzysztof uses his training in Hakomi, Internal-Family Systems, jiu-jitsu, endurance running, Non-Violent Communication, and Zen as a way of seeing through our habits and moving into freedom. By releasing old feedback loops, you’ll become who you really, truly are—and notice that life meets you with boundless joy and fun when you do! Let’s explore! Let's play!

Jason Traweek
Certified Hakomi Practitioner (CHP) through the Hakomi Institute
I draw from my training in the mind-body–based Hakomi psychotherapy method, along with a lifetime of experience in shamanic practice. This work moves beyond purely cognitive approaches, helping us access the deeper parts of ourselves that hold what most needs attention and care. I hold space with integrity, steadiness, and insight, offering a calm and supportive presence while guiding you inward. Together, we can cultivate a path toward healing that honors both body and spirit.
My work is especially supportive in:
* Revealing and transforming unwanted behavioral patterns
* Integrating spiritual experiences and psychedelic journeys
* Men’s work and work with young men (adolescents)
* Deepening connection to your emotional and spiritual life
* Reconnecting with your body’s innate memory and wisdom -

Lisa Welden
Transformational Coach & Retreat Leader
Hakomi Institute Graduate
Chinese & Functional Medicine Practitioner (L.Ac, MAOM)I consider callings to be a sacred agreement - one that requires you to walk in unfamiliar territory and do the inner work that becomes your path of self-actualization.
My calling is to help you follow yours.
I guide heart-based coaches, healers and service-based leaders to follow their calling and own, design and share their unique medicine so that they can create businesses and lives that light them up. Having been a wellness practitioner, entrepreneur and coach for the past 20 years, I know that following a calling can be wildly vulnerable, uncomfortable, awe-inspiring and fulfilling and is likely the wildest ride you'll ever take.
I love to support my clients in developing an embodied, heart-centered and trustworthy relationship with themselves which allows them to take tangible steps through the sticky parts of creating, and towards what's calling.
Ready to follow your calling?
