Trainings and Retreats

Deepen your skills as a therapist or somatic practitioner, or deepen your interpersonal skills and enjoy personal growth. All are welcome and invited to join our inclusive and safe community.

Community

Join us for a casual breakfast taco or take part in one of our “taster” events to meet others through the lens of somatic practices. Beginners and experienced practitioners alike are welcome!

Groups

Our somatic therapy groups provide a safe and supportive space for exploring emotions, relationships, and personal patterns through mindfulness and body awareness. These trauma-informed, experiential groups support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and authentic connection.

Online Courses

Mike Williams has just released a new online course called The ‘You’re Working Too Hard’ Mindful Movement Beginner Series. In this five-lesson program, Mike shares simple, mindfulness-based movement practices that help reduce chronic pain, release unnecessary tension, and retrain the nervous system toward ease. The course offers practical tools you can use in daily life to move with more awareness, less effort, and greater freedom.

Rooted in compassion, grounded in mindfulness.
