2027 Hakomi Comprehensive Hakomi Skills Training
Develop the embodied presence, perceptual awareness, and relational skills at the heart of the Hakomi Method through an immersive seven-month professional training.
Rather than memorizing techniques, Hakomi is learned through direct experience. Each module combines concise teaching with extensive experiential practice, demonstrations, supervised exercises, and consultation, allowing the principles of Hakomi to become integrated naturally into your work and your way of being.
Between modules, live online integration sessions, mentorship, and individualized feedback help deepen learning and support the gradual integration of Hakomi into psychotherapy, coaching, healthcare, education, and other helping professions.
Whether you’re expanding an existing practice or beginning your journey with Hakomi, this training provides a comprehensive foundation for mindful, body-centered work. For those pursuing certification, it also serves as the foundational preparation for continuing on the Hakomi certification pathway.
